Quality Professional | Lead Auditor

Seeking a quality professional whose technical expertise and knowledge of auditing quality systems will support the LCIV Quality Program mission.

Candidate will optimize project execution by ensuring services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of the following Lead Auditor functions while complying with the auditing practices outlined in ISO 19011:

Conducting risk assessments for active project services

Establishing and managing project audit schedules

Overseeing the performance of project audits and assessments

Measuring compliance of project audits against applicable requirements (i.e. contract requirements, international/local standards, guidance documents)

Ensuring audits result in fair oversight and informative reports

Mentoring team members while providing valuable resources to execute oversight activities

Additional Responsibilities:

Employing quality oversight techniques, quality training, statistical methods, assessments and other quality tools to improve the customer journey

Ensuring that work condition requirements are met by performing site assessments and audits, generating reports and recommending corrective and preventive actions to management

Implementing performance evaluation and prediction methods to improve the safety, reliability and maintainability of procurement and materials operations

Validating contractually required standards for project execution and verifying that those standards are met for every deliverable related to procurement

Aligning quality management function with procurement to ensure that operations deliver value to customers

Analyzing and solving complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of value-added practices in procurement and materials

Using experience, problem-solving skills and interdepartmental communication to develop and improve processes

Providing guidance to less experienced team members across all levels of the project, as needed

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

3-5 years quality auditing and inspection experience (industry specific experience is a plus)

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification from an accredited institution

Certifications are an advantage including ASQ, Lean and Six Sigma, Project Management, etc.

Experience with the implementation of corrective and preventive action programs

In-depth knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Management

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)

Additional requirements:

Must be fluent in English

Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 1

months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining

Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
