Do

you love working in a fast-paced and varied role? KBR is looking for an Operations

Administrator to join the team providing support to our Melbourne office. This

role is ideal for someone who is a motivated self-starter, who works well

unsupervised and also as part of a team. You’ll be someone who enjoys the

opportunity to be the face of the company on a daily basis, whilst still

delivering on a variety of tasks. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and

understand the importance of deadlines. Your initiative, ‘can-do’ attitude and

willingness to take on new tasks as directed will be valued.

Day

to day you can expect to:

Greet

staff and visitors as they enter the office

Answer

general enquiry phone calls

Manage

mail and couriers

Coordinate

travel and accommodation bookings

Assist

with booking meeting rooms, catering and room set-up

Process

invoices and expenses using SAP and Concur

Reconcile

AMEX statements

Provide

administrative support to Project Teams as required

General

admin such as filing, data entry, photocopying, report generation and

presentations

We are looking for

someone who can hit the ground running and pick up new things quickly. Ideally

you will have:

years’ professional experience

Effective

communication skills, both written and verbal

Intermediate

to advanced computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

A ‘can

do’ attitude and a willingness to pitch-in when needed
