Title: Project Principal Work Planner

Provides administrative and supervisory responsibility in multiple construction specialties. Directs Scheduler/Planners in the development of detailed schedules and work plans using latest approved computer programs. Facilitates agreement from multiple departments on milestone dates. Responsible for the personal development of direct reports on a project. Activities may include participating in contract negotiations, auditing work in the field, and daily updates with the site Contract Administrator. Ensures supplier compliance to all aspects of contract terms, including safety, quality, delivery, and pricing. Successful candidate MUST have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and be comfortable giving a daily meeting to update concerned parties. Incumbent will also be skilled in SAP for planning and scheduling.
