Position Title:

Treasury Manager, Global Treasury Operations

Position Description/Job Responsibilities:

Assist senior team members in global liquidity and exposure management in the following areas:

• Worldwide bank relationships and online banking systems \ processes • Implement \ Manage treasury management system and global bank account management platform. • Strategize and implement international cash liquidity projects.

Liaison with Business Segment Accounting and Finance leads to develop optimum liquidity structure.

Manage the Treasury process of inter-company funding and settlements. • Oversee long-term inter-company loan notes, Finance Company Deposit and Loan Agreements and coordinate cash movements and monitors liquidity impacts. • Design and Implement straight through processing, payment automation and monthly Treasury KPI reports Compliance and reporting: • Liaise with internal audit and independent auditors. • Develops, administers and ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures. • Manages team responsible for all bank initiated compliance due diligence inquiries, i.e., Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and responsible for responding timely to avoid any service disruptions, penalties or fines. • Review bank terms and agreement contracts to ensure proper alignment with company business practices and serve as the liaison between internal/external legal groups to negotiate contract terms when deemed necessary • Ensures departmental SOX compliance, including documentation and testing. • Support development of reporting metrics, processes, and implementation of best practices. • Complete regular management reports in Excel, PowerPoint or Word for distribution. Project Management: • Work with worldwide offices to provide Treasury Advisory Services, Analysis and Support on projects. • Provide value-added assistance global cash management initiatives. • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to evaluate opportunities to improve current business practices. • Assist team members to implement bank products and services • Oversight and training of treasury analysts and/or senior treasury analysts



• 5

years experience in Corporate Treasury Functions, preferable with a publicly listed, global company • Exceptional track-record of developing and automating processes in a growth oriented company. • Must be comfortable with continuous change and demonstrate commitment

• Must have international cash management and project management experience. • BA/BS Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting required.

MBA preferred. • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CertICM a plus. • Strong business acumen and organization skills with the ability to lead a team of Treasury Professionals and cross-functional teams. • Must be analytical and possess strong communication skills, oral and written • Detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Treasury Software experience in Kyriba, Quantum, Finastra, 360T, CitiDirect, and Bloomberg preferred • Working knowledge of SAP, Cost Point, Business Objects and Hyperion Enterprise a plus
