Lead IT HCM Workday Business Process Analyst
Position Description/Job Responsibilities:
Be key member of the team working on implementation of Workday HCM product suite for KBR. The work day components include CoreHR, Onboarding, Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management and Compensation.
Work closely with Workday Systems Integrator on the implementation of Workday. Lead the integration efforts from functional and technical side on KBR side to integrate Workday HCM product with SAP and CostPoint Deltek ERP systems.
Liaise with business process analysts and associated parties that may be required to affect the solution or that may be impacted by the solution.
Get knowledge during implementation to support Workday HCM solution for KBR.
Monitor Service Now ticket queues and ensure that tickets are worked on promptly and follow up on aging and pending tickets as part of Production support.
Provide both technical and functional guidance to the team and mentor and coach other resources in the team.
Follow KBR policies and procedures and defined SLAs to provide Workday support and resolve issues during implementation as well as post go live support.
Work with the team including but not limited to core configuration, iLoads, tenant to tenant configuration moves, business processes, security, testing, fit gap analysis and, reports.
As part of project team member complete assigned tasks based on Project time line and be involved in tenant management and data conversions.
Bachelor’s Degree (4 year degree) in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
A minimum of 7 years of progressive Workday experience.
A minimum of 5
Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, Workday Calculated Fields, Workday EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder ) experience.

years of experience in functional role and technical role in Workday implementations/ Production support.
- A minimum of 5
years of experience in core configuration, iLoads, tenant to tenant configuration moves, business processes, security, testing, fit gap analysis and, reports.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a team of Workday professionals.
Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including mentoring, coaching and training others, and the ability to work with various personnel and teams at all organizational levels.
Must have excellent verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to create informative reports, as well as comprehensive and accurate documentation.
Must be familiar with ITIL process (Incident Management, Change Management, etc.)
Experience in managing Service Now ticket queues is preferred.
Experience in Demand management and Forecasting IT work load.
Ability to work independently without close supervision and demonstrated time and management skills
