HR Business Partner
Position Description/Job Responsibilities:
As a HR Business Partner, you will serve as the first point of contact for all on-boarding activities and separation’s, employee relations issues, payroll issues, some benefit related queries, employee status changes, policies & procedures, best practices, and reporting. Responsibilities will include:
•Manage full recruitment cycle which includes; job postings, resume screening, application review and scheduling interviews. •Utilize SAP to query data and create custom reports for the HR group and other business units.
•Utilize appropriate policies, procedures and legal considerations to provide effective consultation to resolve employee/organization concerns as well as ensuring overall corporate compliance. •Work with KBR legal team to advise management on the resolution of employee relations issues. •Assist in planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals and initiatives. •Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews (as needed) to determine reasons behind separations. •Liaise with specialty HR functions and centers of expertise for optimal client support. •Responsible for administering SharePoint site for the HR Generalist Community
• An undergraduate degree and 2
years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree • Excellent communication and computer skills • Proficient in using Microsoft office software • Willingness to adapt and be flexible in a growing company. • Experience utilizing a HRIS (HRMS) system, preferably SAP • Self-motivated with a willingness to work independently while also being a strong team player. • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
