KBR has developed and implemented an innovative, cost effective solution for the management of FM services across a wide range of service lines. The FM Integrator concept is an integrated approach for the Management of FM services which is an evolving model in the FM market. As part of the ongoing growth of its Facilities Management business, KBR is actively recruiting to expand its FM Management team to manage current and future public sector facilities management Integrator contracts.

The NEC3 Manager is responsible to the Head of Cost Control for managing/administrating early warning notices, compensation events and defect notices on behalf of the client, with responsibility for communication, risk management meetings and reporting.

The Manager will be the main point of contact in relation to the communicating to the client on progress, reporting and updates.

Proactively controlling the agreed processes, the NEC3 Manager role includes:

attend risk reduction meetings between the Client and the FM Suppliers

monitoring progress against agreed actions and timescales

assessing Compensation Events upon request from the client

maintaining the Risk Register

monthly reporting to the client on early warning notices, compensation events and defect notices

working with performance team to highlight to the client potential early warning notices

working with the FM Suppliers and Client to ensure timescales are adhered to as detailed within NEC3 for compensation events and early warning

NEC3 Management experience

Member of a Supply Chain related professional body (e.g. MCIPS/BIFM)

Experience and Skills:

Developed interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships cross functionally & collaboratively and to be able to manage stakeholders at all levels effectively.

Self-starter with who is focused on performance and delivering results.

Proven experience in the negotiation & management of external contracts.

Effective time management with the ability to multi-task.

Full security clearance, or be in a position to obtain security clearance for multiple client organisations

Approachable individual with a professional manner
