The FM Integrator concept is an integrated approach for the Management of FM services which is an evolving model in the FM market. As part of the ongoing growth of its Facilities Management business, KBR is actively recruiting to expand its FM Management team to manage current and future public sector facilities management Integrator contracts.

Experience and Skills:

Developed interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships cross functionally & collaboratively and to be able to manage stakeholders at all levels effectively.

Self-starter with who is focused on performance and delivering results against a continuously changing environment

Proven experience in stakeholder management

Effective time management with the ability to multi-task

Full security clearance, or be in a position to obtain security clearance for multiple client organisations

Approachable individual with a professional manner

The Cluster Manager is responsible for being the main conduit in driving the continuous collaboration of stakeholders, client unit and suppliers in the management of cluster expectations. This will include utilising data from KBR systems to review performance and developing trends

They will be the main point of contact in relation to communicating to the Client on progress and reporting on performance.

The Cluster Manager role includes:

Developing strong relationships with Key Stakeholders, FM Suppliers and Client

Assisting the Client on supplier performance and information to support contract deliverables

Holding / documenting regular supplier reviews with Stakeholders and the Client

Documenting corrective actions and following through with Suppliers

Attending forums and events

Site visits to review issues highlighted by helpdesk that are specific to the cluster

Set up and chair action group to include key stakeholders and suppliers

Other ad hoc activities in relation to the Cluster as the role develops
