KBR works with a range of UK Government clients delivering high quality customer services from its National Integrated Service Centre (NISC) in Swindon.

In this role you will work in our call centre – the NISC - and will act as the initial point of contact for our customers coordinating service requests with our suppliers and progressing work orders. Collating and providing accurate and relevant information you will ensure that any customer concerns are monitored and progressed or escalated to the Team Leader whilst keeping customers informed of status and progress of a resolution.

You will be responsible for resolving queries & complaints

To work with the team to achieve our call handling targets

Contribute towards the delivery of the company’s obligations under its various contracts

To handle and actively resolve any customer issues according to the customer complaints process

The role requires an element of shift working to cover weekdays, the weekend and Bank holidays

Variable Shifts available covering days & nights

Experience and Skills:

Good communication skills and e

xperience of working within a customer focus environment

Good team player

IT literate including Word, Outlook, Excel

To be in a position to obtain security clearance
