Under broad direction, the Project Manager - Engineering is responsible for all phases of planning and execution of site minor capital projects, administrative supervision of all KBR site engineering personnel at the client site, and coordination of work between the home office and the client site.

This position is located at a client site in Baytown, TX. Work hours and schedule will be mandated by the site.


Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.

Has responsibility for day to day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.

Possesses knowledge of the respective industry.

Executes small projects with site resources or leveraged resources to KBR

Manage safety performance and organizational effectiveness

May also serve as a discipline lead.

Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities.



BS in Engineering preferred


years of project management / engineering required


years of managing technical personnel

Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, and interface with clients, construction contractors and management

Good verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate skills in Excel are required
